Nobody thinks about comfort until they are uncomfortable. At SDC Service we strive to have our customers thinking about us as little as possible. When your Heating, cooling, Air cleaning and duct system are all working in harmony it's a wonderful thing. Opened in 1988 SDC Service has been providing excellent service and value to the Detroit and Metro Detroit area. We are fully licensed and insured and have over 80 years of experience in HVAC.

Do you service and install boilers?Yes! We service and install all makes and models of Hot water and steam boilers.

How much is a standard service call?We do a flat rate of $110 for the first hour of service / inspection. After the first hour we bill per half hour at $55 per half hour. All parts are added to the bill separately. Some companies have drive time charge, we do not. We also know that not all service calls stay service calls, so if our tech finds that you are in need of new equipment we take the service call off our new equipment quote.

What kind of warranty do you offer?We offer 1 year warranty on any service call and 2 year labor warranty on any new residential equipment.

Why do you use the brands you use?The brands we use are the ones that give us the best parts and technical support. You don't like to wait days or weeks for parts or service and neither do we. Our wholesale houses are the best at what they do and their service to us is passed down to our customers.

Where do you service?We service all of Metro detroit and a little beyond. As far west as Novi, as far East as Saint Clair Shores, as far north as Clarkston and as far South as Southgate. Don't be afraid to call if you think you may be out of our range, you probably aren't.
